TRADITIONAL CLASSES
-
Designed for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their practice, Foundations introduces the essentials of Pilates technique. With an emphasis on posture, breathing, and core connection, this class builds strength and confidence to support your journey on and off the reformer.
-
Our signature full-body flow. Lightwork blends classic Pilates movements with modern sequencing to target every muscle group. Expect a balanced class that strengthens, lengthens, and energizes, leaving you feeling powerful and recharged.
-
Cardio meets control. Using the jump board, this class delivers a heart-pumping, low-impact workout that challenges strength, endurance, and coordination. It’s playful, sweaty, and guaranteed to fire up your legs, core, and lungs.
-
Restore and release. This stretch-centered class is all about slowing down, opening tight muscles, and restoring balance to the body. Perfect for active recovery days or anyone craving deep relaxation and mobility work.
TARGETED CLASSES
-
Focus on strength, definition, and posture in this upper-body class. Target arms, chest, shoulders, and back through controlled Pilates sequences, with core engagement layered into every move for stability and strength.
-
This class puts the spotlight on your powerhouse: glutes, legs, and hips. Expect controlled, resistance-based sequences designed to lift, tone, and build endurance. Leaving you strong, stable, and sculpted.
-
All Pilates starts from the center and this class takes it deeper. Core Burn zeroes in on abdominals and obliques, building strength, stability, and spinal support. The result? A stronger core, better posture, and improved movement in every other class.
Meet the founders
Twin Sisters Bailey and Kate Jordan are the heart behind Flare Pilates. With backgrounds as competitive gymnasts, movement and discipline have always been central to their lives. After discovering Pilates, they were immediately drawn to its ability to build strength, improve alignment, and create lasting results for every body type and fitness level. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a shared passion and ultimately, a vision for something bigger.
They founded Flare Pilates with the goal of creating a studio that felt different from the traditional Pilates space—less clinical, lighter, inviting, and grounded in community. Their approach combines the timeless foundations of Pilates with innovative class formats that keep things dynamic and fun. Whether it’s through targeted sessions, full-body flows, or restorative classes, their mission is to make Pilates approachable, effective, and empowering for everyone who walks through the doors.

Co-Owner
Kate brings a unique blend of athletic discipline and professional expertise to Flare Pilates. After 10 years as a competitive gymnast and 7 years behind a desk, she discovered Pilates as the key to easing lower back pain, improving posture, and restoring her flexibility. With a background as a Fortune 500 staffing director turned HR professional, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Customer Service from NAU, Kate is also a SHRM-certified leader who understands people as much as she understands movement. An Arizona local, Kate is passionate about helping clients build strength, alignment, and confidence — both inside and outside the studio.
